How fast do orders ship?

In-stock orders are usually prepared within one business day. On-demand variants may take longer because they are only prepared after the order is confirmed.

Can I buy in person?

Yes, in-person sales may be available in Bucharest, but you should call ahead first so availability and pickup timing can be confirmed before arrival.

Do I need to call before an in-person visit?

Yes. Please call ahead before coming for an in-person purchase so we can confirm stock, nicotine concentration availability, and whether pickup can be handled at that time.

What does On-Demand mean?

On-Demand means that nicotine strength is available for ordering, but not currently held in ready stock. Processing time may be longer than for regular in-stock items.

Why can one nicotine strength be unavailable while another is in stock?

Each nicotine concentration has its own price, stock pool, and availability. A flavor may still be available in one strength even if another is sold out.

Can I change my order after placing it?

If preparation has not started yet, we may be able to adjust the selected concentration or quantity. Once mixing, packing, or dispatch has started, changes may no longer be possible.

Can I update my billing details later?

Yes. Billing details can be updated from the profile page at any time before placing your next order.

Do I need an account to order?

An account is recommended so your order history and profile details stay attached to your store access.

What happens if a product goes out of stock after I add it to the cart?

The cart is checked again when you update quantities or continue with checkout. If a selected concentration is no longer available, you may need to reduce quantity or choose another concentration.

How do stock levels work?

Stock is tracked per nicotine concentration and by liquid volume, not just by bottle count. That is why availability can change independently between concentrations of the same flavor.
